Those are birthmarks on his back, which are shaped like wings. Coloured & Drawn in Opencanvas, background done in photoshop. Butterfly brushes from =Shadow-Brushes And oh, I like to call this a boy......but you can decide whichever it is. whatever suits your imagination.
